Delete your ValuAid account
This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your ValuAid account and the data associated with it. ValuAid is developed and operated by the ValuAid team.
How to request deletion

Send an email to support@valuaid.app from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my ValuAid account”. Use the button below to open a pre-filled message.

We verify that the request comes from the account owner (this is why the request must come from your sign-in email address).

Once verified, we permanently delete your account and associated data within the timeframe described below, and email you to confirm.
Data that is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile (name, avatar)
- All items you scanned, including their valuations and AI analysis
- All photos you uploaded
Data that may be kept
- Anonymized, aggregated usage logs that are no longer linked to you
- Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. billing or fraud-prevention records), kept only for the period required by law
Timeframe & retention
Your account and personal data are permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days of a verified request. Residual copies in encrypted backups are removed within a further 30 days. Data we are legally required to retain is kept only for the period the law requires, after which it is deleted.
